For now, California's Pressed Juicery has opened their first and only Las Vegas location inside Tivoli Village. Created in 2010 and counting Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen as investors and fellow celebrities as loyal fans, Pressed Juicery kick-started the current craze of cold-pressed juice and juice cleansing.
Created with vegetables, roots and fruits and served in 16 fluid ounce containers, their products range from cold-brewed coffee to a medley of coconut blends, to revitalizing citrus drinks.
The Tivoli Village store is now open daily from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m.Their second location will debut later this summer at Aria, inside a 1,000-square-foot space adjacent to the Terrene women's fashion boutique.
The onslaught of rival local juice purveyors on the horizon includes Fruits & Roots, Juice NV, Pressed for Juice, Function Juicery and possible expansion for already established brands. A January estimate by the Hollywood Reporter put the number of juice joints in Los Angeles at over 200 and counting.
