Bird Is the Word, PDQ Number Two Sets an Opening Date

PDQ, the chicken tender, salad and sandwich specialists, are very confident their second local fast causal restaurant will debut next month. They've already committed to serving their first crispy chicken sandwich on Sunday, July 12, at 10:30 a.m.

The brand, which is an abbreviation of "People Dedicated to Quality," launched their first health-conscious, quick serve locale in North Las Vegas in March. It was the furthest west location for the expanding company that now operates in 40 southern state locations.

Their compact chicken-centric menu, with no red meat, includes the novelty of blueberry coleslaw as alternative to fries.
