The Hard Rock Hotel gets ready to say goodbye to its Center Bar on Sunday, June 28, with 10 days of Last Call specials leading up to the closing.
Center Bar opened in 1995 and changed the way resorts looked at their casino floors. Now through closing time, the bar will toss back $5 1995-themed last call drink specials. Order up five of the bar’s most popular shots from 1995 including Surfer on Acid, Purple Hooter, Scooby Snack, Red Headed Slut and Cosmopolitan Shot. Each comes with a limited-edition Center Bar shot glass.
Then return for a final toast party on Sunday, June 28 from 7 to 10 p.m. with music from 1995.
While the Hard Rock hasn’t teased what will take Center Bar’s place, the resort does have an estimated construction budget of $3.4 million. The yet-to-be-revealed design will initially cover 3,197 square feet at the heart of the casino action.
