Retroscena, an Amaro-Heavy Bar, Debuts Behind Radio City Pizza Tonight

Retroscena, the Amaro bar behind Radio City Pizza, soft opens tonight. Head to the alley behind the pizza shop on Fremont Street to find Bryant Jane and Lyle Cervenka behind the outdoor bar. More than 70 amaros, what Jane is calling "probably the largest selection on earth," are ready to swill along with Italian draft beers. Radio City Pizza chef Sean Collins expects to add Italian robata to the menu soon too.
