Over a year after being handed the keys to the shuttered Tommy Rocker's Southside Grill, Born and Raised Las Vegas is back on track to open their first Henderson location.
Well known for their devoted Rebel and local spirit, the original concept at Cimarron Road and Warm Springs Road will be expanded at the new location, but still offer the same upscale sports bar experience with a full menu and their popular happy hour selections.
Inside the Eastern Marketplace at St. Rose Parkway and Eastern Avenue, construction work has gutted the place and last year's original plans called to extend the bar 4,158 square feet into the adjacent building and add a new outdoor patio. Their southwest lounge has a precedent setting "15 video poker machines, 32 flat screens, 160 HD projection screen, 20 beers on tap and 15 different sliders," but no further details of what to expect in Henderson have been released.
Following the year long delay, BAR Henderson should be finished by Aug. 29 to meet the terms of the current non-operational tavern license.
