EASTSIDE — Ferraro’s Italian Restaurant & Wine Bar has new seasonal items for summer. For $35, order a prix-fixe dinner option with three course and a side dish. New dishes include Portulaca e Cetrioli with gem lettuce, cucumber, strawberries, hazelnuts with white balsamic dressing; Lenticchie e Granchio with cold lentils, jumbo lump crab and asparagus in spicy lemon mayonnaise; Tonno e Panzanella with seared Ahi tuna with cucumber, tomato, red onion and buttery croutons; Cupola di Melanzana with a warm half-sphere of eggplant stuffed with three cheeses over tomato coulis’ Orechiette Pugliese with small, ear-shaped pasta with Manila clams, broccoli rabe and a spicy white wine sauce; Pizza Sporcacciona with sausage, pepperoni and meatballs; Pizza Vegetariana with San Marzano sauce, mozzarella cheese and seasonal vegetables; Bucatini Serra San Bruno with housemade sausage and porcini mushroom ragout with pecorino cheese; Risotto Caprese with Italian Arborio rice, tomato, ricotta cheese and black olive powder; Agnello Scottadito with grilled New Zealand lamb chop crusted with sun-dried tomato and mint served with an orange and fennel salad; and Lombata Milanese with breaded veal chop topped with arugula salad and ricotta salata.
