Therapy opted to keep the "bones" of its 4,100-square-foot space at 518 E. Fremont St. to show off its exposed ceiling and 26-foot-tall wooden barrel ceilings. A second level, 600-square-foot loft overlooks the main dining room. A 32-foot bar sits along one side of the main dining room with its room for 138 guests. "We want to be the "Cheers" of downtown Las Vegas; the place where you will always feel welcomed," says Roger Seaholm, vice president of operations for Therapy.
