Carey Price capped off an historic night at the NHL Awards by dining at Tao Asian Bistro at the Venetian on Wednesday night. The Montreal Canadiens player became the first goalie in NHL history to sweep four awards, taking home the Hart Trophy as the league’s MVP, the Vezina Trophy as the NHL’s best goalie, the Ted Lindsay award as the most outstanding player as voted on by the players, and shared in the William M. Jennings award as a goalie on a team allowing the fewest regular season goals. Price was joined by his wife Angela and two other couples for the victory dinner of sea bass, kobe beef and lobster wontons and the star of the night graciously took photos with fans. [EaterWire]

NHL player Aaron Ekblad, who won the Calder Memorial Trophy crowning him NHL Rookie of the Year, dined at Tao Asian Bistro on Wednesday night. The Florida Panthers defenseman celebrated with family and friends, ordering sushi, sausage fried rice, wagyu and snapper. [EaterWire]

Ryan Getzlaf, captain of the NHL’s Anaheim Ducks, and Jiří Hudler, alternate captain of the Calgary Flames, dined separately at Crush at the MGM Grand on Wednesday night. The original Karate Kid Ralph Macchio dined at Morels French Steakhouse & Bistro at the Palazzo on Wednesday. He ordered swordfish, short rib and salmon with his wife and two children and took photos with his servers. [EaterWire]

Irish UFC fighter The Notorious Conor McGregor dined at Crush at the MGM Grand on Sunday. The former Cage Warriors Featherweight and Lightweight champion was joined by his training camp, friends and girlfriend for bites and drinks.
