The Electric Daisy Carnival just released some of its food lineup including food trucks for the masses ad VIP dining for the limited. The electronic dance music festival takes over the Las Vegas Motor Speedway June 19-21.
Hungry fans can stop by Cousins Maine Lobster, snag organic foods at 50 Shades of Green, order Tex-Mex at Señor Blues, hang with bodacious babes at Baby’s Badass Burgers, head to Vietnam at Oming’s Kitchen, feel healthier with bowls of yogurt at Bowl of Heaven or just go for pizza from a wood-burning oven at Urban Pie.
VIPs can dine on The Terrace at KineticField with dishes from chef Keven Alan Lee, the executive chef and CEO of My World on a Plate in Sherman Oaks, Calif. Dishes here include a spicy tuna “Electro” roll, a crusted, multi-color spicy tuna roll with sweet tamari glaze, summer greens and ginger dressing; “Hypnotic” tacos with P-30 glazed chicken, cloud taco shells, rainbow vegetable slaw; and “The Bomb” S’mores with torched marshmallow, cookies, chocolate and caramel on a scoop of vanilla ice cream. The three-course seated dinner is $140 per person and the three-day VIP café meal is $88.
