DOWNTOWN — Glutton has new dishes including Japanese street corn with miso butter, a watermelon salad with heirloom tomatoes, seared Ahi tuna with buckwheat soba noodles, linguine puttanesca and Ora King salmon with farro, corn, cucumber and a tomato Provençal relish on the lunch menu. For dinner, now find truffle gougeres snack with Ementhal and parmesan cheese with white truffle, a tuna flatbread and a half chicken with a jalapeño and cheddar johnny cake. Guests get three courses including an apple and arugula salad with honey and chili-lime dressing, a surf and turf with filet mignon rubbed in sweet red pepper and sea scallops topped with mango relish and a pastry dough with dulce de leche sauce for dessert.
