CAESARS PALACE — Old Homestead unveils its new Great American Steakout menu with three courses for a limited time for $75. Every Sunday through Thursday, land a choice of bacon avocado hearts of palm salad with arugula and Champagne vinaigrette or French onion soup with sweet onions and Gruyere croutons. Then choose a main course of Black Angus filet mignon with roasted mushrooms and hash brown potato cake, wild caught Atlantic salmon with oven-roasted tomatoes and a lemon garlic sauce or dry aged pork porterhouse with baked beans and bourbon-braised apples. Guests then have a choice of big fat chocolate cake or crème brulee with vanilla custard, caramelized sugar and fresh berries. [EaterWire]

DOWNTOWN SUMMERLIN — Crazy Pita Rotisserie & Grill partners with Paint and Party Las Vegas all summer for Paint-Dine-Drink events. Guests will paint along with local artists to create pieces of artwork of their own for $30. The first even takes place from 6 to 8 p.m. on Tuesday, and then occur twice a month on Tuesdays.
