Old Homestead's Great American Steakout Menu and Crazy Pita Art

CAESARS PALACE — Old Homestead unveils its new Great American Steakout menu with three courses for a limited time for $75. Every Sunday through Thursday, land a choice of bacon avocado hearts of palm salad with arugula and Champagne vinaigrette or French onion soup with sweet onions and Gruyere croutons. Then choose a main course of Black Angus filet mignon with roasted mushrooms and hash brown potato cake, wild caught Atlantic salmon with oven-roasted tomatoes and a lemon garlic sauce or dry aged pork porterhouse with baked beans and bourbon-braised apples.
