Grab a taste of New Mexico at the new Chile Addiction. Red and green Hatch chiles from Hatch, N.M., are the focus of this new restaurant in the southwest. For example, the enchiladas automatically come with a fried egg on top. Try the Enabler with three stacked or rolled enchiladas, the “low tolerance” tacos for those who can’t take the heat or the blackout chile rellenos dipped in batter and deep-friend. The restaurant even serves up breakfast in the morning with dishes such as “Halfway House” pancakes or French toast, a house omelette or steak and eggs smothered in green chile and cheese.
