When Annie's Gourmet Italian upgraded to their current 2,996-square-foot space, five video gaming machines were part of the initial proposal and they will be paying out soon. Scheduled for this fall, Nevada Gaming Partners will operate the machines to be fitted into the Italian restaurant's Lost Weekend Bar, designed as a tribute to owner Annie DeFalco-Payton's father, who is seen in a large vintage photograph featuring Frank DeFalco on a memorable weekend with pals inside the restaurant.
Also during the summer months, Annie's has temporarily pulled lunch service until later in the year and are now only open from 4 p.m., Tuesday through Sundays. On Tuesday through Friday they've created a 4to 7 p.m happy hour.
The very pet friendly location is still offering "a 2 meatballs or chickenballs and organic frozen yogurt dessert" menu priced at $7.95 for well-behaved dogs enjoying the 32-seat patio and evening shade.
