PDQ opens its second location this Sunday at 3010 W. Sahara Ave., bringing its chicken tenders to the west side. The fast-casual PDQ, which stands for People Dedicated to Quality, plans to raise money for Vegas PBS to help veterans and improve services for the deaf and blind.

Starting Aug. 4, both Las Vegas PDQ locations will host one fund-raising night per month. One night will benefit the Vegas PBS Workforce Training and Economic Development program for veterans; the other benefits the Vegas PBS Described and Captioned Media Center with its resources for the blind and visually impaired and the deaf and hard of hearing and their families.

Dine at either PDQ in the dining room or at the drive-thru and PDQ will donate a percentage of sales generated by the charity’s supporters back to the organization.
