Ferraro's Dinner Trip Through Campania and Triple George Grill's 10th Anniversary

EASTSIDE — Take a trip to Italy’s Campania region to experience Mastroberardino wines paired with dishes at Ferraro’s Italian Restaurant & Wine Bar on Saturday, July 25. The Taste & Learn wine event will take place from 4 to 6 p.m. Guests will taste four wines accompanied by small bites prepared by Ferraro’s executive chef Mimmo Ferraro. Dishes include Greco di Tufo with chilled pea soup, spicy guanciale and crumble sprout; Fiano di’Avellino with scalded fresh prawns, white peach broth and walnuts; Aglianico IGT with braised lamb ravioli, black pepper and truffle sauce; and Taurasi Radici with seared duck breast, cinnamon mint and spicy pear.
