Healthy Dim Sum From Locals ChiAm Finds First of Many Homes

The owners of Henderson's East Ocean Dim Sum & Seafood have big plans for the local casual Asian dining scene and are ambitiously looking to launch 30 locations across Las Vegas and Henderson for their ChiAm dim sum and "healthy organic dishes" concept.

The first location is slotted for North Las Vegas at the Lowe's Plaza at the corner of Craig Road and Jones Boulevard, with paperwork submitted for design approval to make over space number 150.

ChiAm promises they will "not add MSG to any of our entrees or sides and we do not purchase products from suppliers who add MSG." With further plans for a California and Arizona expansion also expected, a trio of local restaurants are hoped to be open by the end of the year.
