Fruits & Roots To Bring the Pressed Juice Craze to Spring Valley

Cold pressed juice and health-conscious casual dining are headed to Spring Valley. Fruits & Roots will join the current and impending local inventory of Juice NV, Pressed for Juice, Function Juicery and more, by launching their own healthy lifestyle concept at the Pace Plaza retail Center at the corner of Buffalo and Sunset.

Set to debut this July, the 2,048-square-foot "wellness bar" will be serving smoothies, cold pressed juices and lunch bowls made with organic ingredients, all served by employees "passionate about health and wellness."
