PLANET HOLLYWOOD RESORT — Strip House has a new late-night “Strip Tease” menu with small plates prepared table side, along with a wine pairing option nightly from 9 p.m. until close. The $59 tasting menu for two features classic Strip House items such as a dry-aged 1855 Heritage New York strip carved table side, traditional Caesar salad constructed table side, goose fat potatoes, black truffle creamed spinach and a baked Alaska flambéed a la minute. NORTHWEST — head over to Aces & Ales on Tenaya on Tuesday at 5 p.m. for the Maui Brewing Tap and Tasting Event. Maui Brewing owner and brewer Garrett Marrero and Maui Brewing’s Pete Scheider will be on hand, dispensing free Maui Brewing sunglasses. The first 48 pints served land free glassware. Guests can try Pueo Pale Ale - West Coast Style, Lahainatown Brown Ale, Black Rock Lager, Pau Hana Pilsner, Coconut Porter, Big Swell IPA, Kehei Kolsch, Mana Wheat and Bikini Blonde for $5, some of which are in Nevada for the first time. Guests can also order kailua pork served with coconut porter barbecue sauce; paniolo tacos with corn tortilla, mana wheat braised short rib, cabbage, house-pickled radish, cilantro and kimchi aioli; a grilled veggie sandwich with barbecue grilled pineapple and portabello mushroom sandwich; and a loco moco with a grilled burger, jasmine rice, mushroom gravy, over easy egg and green onions.
