Mercadito Goes Bottomless for Brunch and Distill Adds Pajamas

Two new dress codes for some of your brunch options popped up. At Mercadito, brunch goes bottomless with "No Mas Pantalones Brunch" every Saturday and Sunday from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Technically, only the mimosas are bottomless, not the guests. But for $25, guests can land brunch items and unlimited Mercadito mimosas in regular, strawberry, pineapple, guava or mango flavors 

The Red Rock Resort restaurant also rolled out al pastor guacamole with pico de gallo, double-cut bacon, grilled pineapple, cured onions, ancho-guajillo chiles, cilantro and chicharron; short rib enchiladas with a choice of creamy tomatillo or guajillo red sauce with chihuahua and oaxaca cheese; and the Costilla tacos with short ribs, spicy caramelized onions, chipotle-garlic aioli, avocado salsa and crispy potato.

Distill in Summerlin now has a pajama brunch on Sundays from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m, where, yes, a dress code of pajamas is encouraged. Order up the table-side bloody Mary bar, bottle mimosas and dishes such as Croque Madame, chicken and waffles, bread pudding French toast, Coney fries and the Baja scramble. Show up in your pajamas and get a free mimosa and entered into the weekly "Best Pajamas" drawing for prizes. The new brunch starts on Sunday, July 26.
