Call it a Top Chef Masters reunion. Border Grill chefs and owners Mary Sue Milliken and Susan Feniger bring in Top Chef judge Hugh Acheson and RM Seafood and Rx Boiler Room’s Rick Moonen for the Top Chef Masters Reunion Dinner on Wednesday, Aug. 19, at Border Grill at Mandalay Bay. The Modern Mixologist Tony Abou-Ganim gets in on the fun with his cocktails.
It all starts with a cocktail reception, where the chefs will be grilled on their appearances on Top Chef Masters. Then a dine around features dishes from each of the chefs and Abou-Ganim cocktails. The party starts at 6:30 p.m. for $150 per person here. Everyone walks out with an autographed copy of Acheson’s new cookbook The Broad Fork.
And guests will be doing some good. A portion of the proceeds from the dinner supports Monterey Bay Aquarium's Seafood Watch.
