SW Steakhouse About To Get a $1.1 Million Makeover

SW Steakhouse at Wynn Las Vegas closes on Monday, July 27, for a $1.1 million renovation. Expect the steakhouse with dishes from David Walzog to reopen on Friday, Aug. 14.

In the meantime, guests hankering SW’s dishes can head to Walzog’s Lakeside for his seared steak tartare, black truffle creamed corn, Japanese Kobe beef, New York strip and chile-rubbed double rib eye.

Wynn also recommends The Country Club, the lunch and dinner restaurant that features steaks as well or Botero, the steakhouse at Encore Las Vegas. Mark LoRusso, the executive chef there, takes over Bartolotta Ristorante di Mare full time at the beginning of 2016, replacing the outgoing Paul Bartolotta.
