MONTE CARLO — Andre's new Cigar Lounge and Culinary Library now has a menu based on the 700 books there from chef André Rochat’s personal collection of cookbooks. Executive chef Christopher Bulen now serves pickled vegetables, inspired by Gramercy Tavern Cookbook by Michael Anthony; lamb sausage from The Art of Charcuterie by The Culinary Institute of America and John Kowalski; and caponata inspired from Mozza Cookbook by Mario Batali.
