Thomas Keller Returns to Bouchon for a One-Night Dinner

He’s back. Thomas Keller returns to Las Vegas for a one-night dinner at Bouchon Bistro at the Venetian. The four-course dinner on Monday, Aug. 3, starts with a canapé reception at 6 p.m. followed by dinner at 7 p.m.

The dinner starts with canapés such as squash blossoms with olivade, an anchovy and fennel tarte, chickpea panisse with roasted eggplant, goat cheese tartlet with piquillo peppers and compressed summer melon and Devin Knell ham. Then, a Salade de Tomate with cucumber, basil and red wine vinaigrette. Next, crevettes
such as Salade de Haricots Blancs, Crudite with Anchoïade and Olives Marinées.

Then guests land a choice of saumon poêlé with a potato-crusted salmon fillet with melted leeks and a Spanish caper emulsion or navarin d'Agneau with Elysian Fields lamb shoulder stew with summer vegetables. Roasted fingerling potatoes with rouille, cous cous with sauce pistou and ratatouille come with. Then black mission figs with honey and mascarpone ice cream followed by lemon verbena pate de fruit, nougatine, chocolate macaron and anise shortbread to finish.

Bouchon also has oysters and Champagne for happy hour from 5:30 p.m. to close. Get a half dozen oysters with a bottle of Moet & Chandon Rosé Impérial for $28.
