Make That Eight: Rachel's Kitchen Expands In Henderson

Local favorite Rachel's Kitchen is expanding in Henderson, building on their success at The District at Green Valley Ranch and now taking roost not far from the Sunset Station casino.

The new 1,852-square-foot "fresh causal eatery" will be hosted by the Hilton Garden Inn on Warm Springs Road, serving their now familiar menu of salads, wraps, sandwiches, pastas and popular breakfast items. It replaces the inn's current breakfast, lunch, and dinner option, the Great American Grill.

Open for everyone, not just hotel guests, the Inn is making a serious commitment to the project, integrating the restaurant into the hotel and sprucing up the adjoining 2,000-square-foot patio. Diners will enter through the lobby and can eat at a counter or in the main dining room. The restaurant has just begun the City of Henderson approval process.
