DOWNTOWN — Itsy Bitsy Ramen & Whisky starts up Whisky Spout, a weekly industry night for Las Vegas’ nightlife and entertainment industry professionals from 8 to 11 p.m. beginning Tuesday, Aug. 4. Guest deejays will spin and industry members land a 50 percent discount on all food and beverage menu items, as well as a sponsored open bar from Pabst Blue Ribbon and Bulleit Frontier Whiskey from 8 to 9 p.m. Menu selections include fresh tuna sashimi, regularly priced at $10.50; and “create-your-own” custom ramen bowls, regularly priced at $10.25.
