Centennial’s new FireRock Steakhouse out of Casper, Wyo., finally debuts inside the former Stoney's North Forty Saloon & Barbecue. Inside the meaty 7,934-square-foot restaurant find 28-day aged certified Angus beef and "high on the hog" style atmosphere. Try seafood dishes, entrée salads, burgers, pasta dishes, barbecue ribs and more.
The owners stress that there’s “no need for reservations or to put on your ‘Sunday-go-to-meetin’ clothes. Just come as you are and we'll do the rest.”
The space also features 980 square feet of outdoor seating.
