DOWNTOWN SUMMERLIN — Andiron Steak & Sea now has a summer tasting menu through Aug. 28. The three-course menu from executive chef Joe Zanelli goes for $55. Choose an appetizer of a roasted corn soup with King crab and micro cilantro, an Andiron Caesar or yellowtail crudo with pickled kumquats, togarashi and basil oil. For an entree, pick Mary’s Organic chicken breast with corn pudding, fava beans, Fresno peppers and truffle jus; Scottish salmon with Serrano ham crust, shaved artichokes, cipollini onions and Peruvian chili glaze or grilled skirt steak with wood fired asparagus, king trumpet mushrooms and Andiron steak sauce.
