So the lineup at Pawn Plaza, the shipping container park next to the Gold & Silver Pawn Shop of Pawn Stars fame, is settling in and amping up for a potential September debut. Already, Rick Harrison has plans to bring in his Rick’s Rollin Smoke BBQ & Tavern, Rita’s Water Ice and the very first Las Vegas outpost of Smoke’s Poutinerie.
He also confirms Eater Vegas’ exclusive reveal of Inna Gadda di Pizza and Pawn Donut & Coffee. Both will be operated by 34th Floor Hospitality, whose partners include Ralph Cautela, Olivier Zardoni, Mark Mediana and Oliver Wharton, and plan to open TopGolf near the MGM Grand.
Inna Gadda di Pizza comes from the creator of the Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas’ Pizzeria, also known as Secret Pizza. The restaurant with its New York subway design plans to served up New York-style pizza by the slice or whole, salads and desserts made with “honest ingredients and a New York attitude.”
Pawn Donut & Coffee pours Illy Coffee and oversized doughnuts with names and flavors influenced by Las Vegas celebrities and “accompanying fun narratives” on the menu.
Other tenants on the agenda include Vegas Flip Flops and So-Cal Speed Shop, but Harrison teases that more tenants expected to be announced in the coming weeks.
