The ultimate chef’s table at Japanese Cuisine by Omae debuts on Tuesday, and now the restaurant has released its entirely new omakase menu. The restaurant from Michelin-starred Takeshi Omae will feature one table only for two to 10 guests during three seatings at 5:30, 8 and 10:30 p.m. starting on Tuesday, Aug. 18. Each guest gets the $150 omakase.
The restaurant will no longer serve lunch and dinner comes every day except on Sundays. Japanese Cuisine by Omae doesn’t have a liquor license, but guests can bring their own for no charge.

Course 1
Chef Omae's special tofu with Japanese sudachi citrus, wasabi and smoked salts sauce.
Course 2
Imported Kuroge Wagyu sashimi with uni and ooba leaf.
Course 3
Ultimate oyster steamed with premium sake with sautéed foie gras and black truffle sauce.
Course 4
Assorted sashimi imported from Tsukiji Fish Market, Tokyo, including Chirashi sushi with Japanese King crab meat.
Course 5
Anago with Japanese sansho pepper from Arima Region with organic corn tempura yuzu flavor.
Course 6
Imported Kagoshima A5 Wagyu steak and U.S. tenderloin steak with wasabi flavor mushed potato.
Course 7
Mascarpone cheese mousse with Japanese match green tea with assorted organic fruit, raspberry sorbet and macaroon.
