Head up to the second-level promenade at Aria to sip on cold-pressed juices and customized cleanses at the new Pressed Juicery. The purveyors of healthy juices makes its first foray onto the Strip, adding to its other Las Vegas location at Tivoli Village. Find juices made with up to four pounds of fruits and vegetables cold-pressed with a custom hydraulic press that applies thousands of pounds of pressure and made in small batches. No water, sweeteners, purees, powders or concentrates are found in their juices either.
