Botero OUT at Wynn in November, Remodel on the Way

Anyone want the giant bronze Seated Woman statue from Colombian artist Fernando Botero? Botero, the steakhouse at Encore Las Vegas named for the artist, plans to close on Nov. 1 to be remodeled and turned into a new concept. A tipster tells Eater Vegas the restaurant will convert into a three-meal venue.

Earlier, Joseph Zanelli announced that he was leaving Andiron Steak & Sea at Downtown Summerlin to take over Botero with Mark LoRusso heading over to Bartolotta to helm the kitchen and Paul Bartolotta departing.
