Name change alert. From this point forward, you will refer to Panevino as Panevino Italian Grille. The restaurant with its floor-to-ceiling windows that looks out at McCarran International Airport and the Strip from the south also revamped its menu with 55 new items.
Many of the new dishes found inspiration from the Panevino family cookbook, and the restaurant’s plant-based menu also got a redo.
New to the menu — grilled Kurobuta pork chop, grilled Colorado lamb chops, grilled filet mignon, grilled bone-in ribeye, grilled New York strip and grilled lemon chicken Panevino.
Look for the Kobe burger and open steak sandwich, as well as veal saltimbocca and Chilean seabass puttanesca. The roster of 20 pasta dishes includes tagliatelle short rib Mario’s style with homemade wide fettuccini and braised short ribs in a red wine and fresh tomato sauce, gnocchi pesto and spaghetti carbonara Tony.
Among the new appetizers, Mario’s stuffed bell peppers, fried calamari and shrimp Antonio.
