Here comes the culinary lineup at Life Is Beautiful, the fall festival that features Stevie Wonder, Imagine Dragons, Snoop Dogg and Duran Duran among the acts. The event Sept. 25-27 plans pop-up culinary demonstrations and villages with Las Vegas chefs and cocktails from local mixologists.

“It is very important for us to continue to incorporate the local Las Vegas restaurant scene and food culture into the festival,” says managing director at Life is Beautiful Eve Cohen in a press statement. “We’re excited to bring the culinary experience closer to the fans this year by providing them with front row access to the pop-up demonstrations.”

Wirtz Beverage’s Michael Shetler puts together the craft beer garden with 24 craft beers on tap. Look for Alpine Beer Co., Ballast Point, Bohemia, Green Flash, Gulden Draak, Hofbräu, Left Hand, Original Sin Hard Cider, Oskar Blues, Rogue, Santa Fe, Seattle Cider, Shiner Bock, Stiegl, Tenaya Creek and Trumer Pils.

Fifteen restaurant booths and four food trucks surround the beer garden.

On the food side, find culinary displays at three of the festival’s music stages. Vegan, vegetarian and gluten-free options will also be available throughout the festival.

Culinary demos in the VIP area of the Downtown Stage will live stream with three cooking expositions and two mixology segments preformed daily. The chef lineup includes Kim Canteenwalla, Elizabeth Blau, Duff Goldman, Hubert Keller, Sam Marvin, Rick Moonen, Carla Pellegrino, Steve Samson, Adam Sobel and John Tesar. The mixology lineup features Eric Hay, Andrew Pollard, Jaime Salas, Ricky Gomez and Willy Shine.

For cocktails, look for more than 35 specialty cocktails and 25 craft wine and beers. A Ketel One Dutch Mule and frozen cocktails including The Frozen Minty, Milagro Margarita, Yoghurt Stand and The Banana Slip are on the agenda.

Hearthstone Kitchen & Cellar serves up dishes for VIPs.
