Head to Made LV at Tivoli Village for a special dinner with rock and roll chef Kerry Simon on Wednesday Sept. 9. Some of Simon’s favorite dishes make the menu at “Dinner His Way,” all prepared by past Simon chefs.
The $59 per person dinner starts at 6:30 p.m. and is $59 per person. Chefs working on the meal include Kim Canteenwalla, his Iron Chef teammate; Ben Halley, Simon Palms Place and Simon Telluride; Michael Van Staden, Cathouse; Jamal Taherzadeh, Simon Palms Place; Chris Vaughn, Simon Kitchen & Bar at Hard Rock Hotel and Simon Palms Place; Justin Nilson, Simon Kitchen & Bar at Hard Rock Hotel and Simon LA; and Michelle Ortiz, Simon Palms Place.
A portion of the proceeds from “Dinner His Way” will support the Kerry Simon Fight MSA movement and Keep Memory Alive.
