Following the trajectory of fellow ABC TV Shark Tank participants Cousins Maine Lobster, Berkeley, Calif.-based Cinnaholic has parlayed their TV show appearance into a franchise opportunity and have also scheduled Las Vegas as part of their busy expansion plans.

Created four years ago by husband and wife team Shannon and Florian Radke, Cinnaholic only serves cinnamon rolls built from a roster of 30 different frosting flavors and toppings such as gingersnap cookies and pie crumble. Unusual frostings include pumpkin spice, cream soda, Irish cream, root beer and piña colada.

Promoting themselves as "100% vegan," all their products are "dairy & lactose-free, egg-free and cholesterol-free." While operator Atlanta Franchise Group confirms the Las Vegas deal, an exact location has yet to be revealed.
