Grills & Guitars at Life Is Beautiful Announces Its Chef Lineup

SLS LAS VEGAS — Life Is Beautiful kicks off with Grills & Guitars again this year, now taking place on Thursday, Sept. 24 at Foxtail Pool at the SLS Las Vegas. Rock band Spoon provides the music. THE LINQ — Off The Strip rolls out a new menu plus bottomless breakfast cocktails for $25 every day of the week. Try the pancakes, yogurt parfait or chicken and waffles on the brunch menu. Guests can order a jumbo shrimp cocktail all day. New additions to the menu also include a ribeye during brunch and grilled lamb chops on the classic menu. The "Mother of All Burgers" allows guests to build their own burger, choosing from cheeses, toppings, sauces, buns, add-ons and sides. LAS VEGAS —  Chef Emeril Lagasse's Emeril's New Orleans Fish House and Table 10 will have special bourbon cocktails all September. Table 10 will host a series of "Bourbon and Blues" events each Friday, Sept. 4, 11, 18 and 25, from 7 to 10 p.m. with live music from blues artist Dick Earl Ericksen, who has toured nationally with artists including Billy Currington, Firehouse and Creedence Clearwater Revisited. Each week will feature a different bourbon brand with flight specials and giveaways.
