There's good and bad news for fans of Kneaders Bakery & Cafe. The chain is still confirmed to be headed to Henderson, at the corner of Pecos Ridge and Eastern, but it won't be here any time soon.
Kneaders have tapped into a loyal Las Vegas fan-base who continue to ask for arrival updates. The latest official word is the built from scratch, 3,669-square-foot location, will now debut "mid 2016." It began the Henderson permit approval process back in January.
The update does offer the good news, "we have a few locations scheduled for Las Vegas and Nevada," promising fans they will update once construction begins.
Featuring a drive-thru for easy morning access, back in January opening hours were projected to be daily from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m.
The chain specializes in baking its own breads, including a signature sourdough, plus sandwiches, salads, pastries and a breakfast menu ranging from French toast to omelets. The company is also known for creating seasonal and special occasion gift-baskets.
