Galleria at Sunset to Toast S'Mores Fun Food

Following news that Sugar Factory American Brasserie will no longer be headed to Henderson's Galleria at Sunset comes word a replacement is already on the way. S'Mores Fun Food is a new venture created by rapidly expanding local team Hig Management, which most recently debuted People's Republic at the Strip's Hawaiian Marketplace.

Promising "that toasty summer camp feeling of comfort and community," hints to the future menu include "expertly wood-grilled steaks" and "a refreshingly light lunch." Under Hig's trademark application, Smore's Fun Food is also list as a pizza parlor. A fall debut has already been suggested.

Still to come at the Galleria, Gen Korean BBQ House, expected to open late summer, Le Macaron, also soon to arrive at the Venetian and the fall arrival of Rice Republic, already found at Downtown Summerlin and conveniently owned by Hig Management.
