As summer fades, expect a series of major restaurant remodels to begin sprucing up the Strip. Coming soon, design upgrades to Zine Noodles Dim Sum at the Palazzo.
While early details are sparse, an estimated $971,000 has been allocated for the construction budget, improving the 9,984-square-foot space overseen by chef Simon To, who also works at the Venetian’s very exclusive Paiza Club.
Current paperwork calls for considerable work on Zine to create a new "entry feature," which opens onto the Palazzo casino floor. Although the resort has yet to announce the changes or a timetable for completion, a possible hint might be found via OpenTable's reservation service. Zine is currently not accepting bookings between Sept. 18 and Oct.18.
