Book & Stage now officially has a new name and new concept at the Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas. The 4,515-square-foot bar with $175,820 in estimated construction costs that closed on Sunday, July 12, plans to become Clique from Andy Masi and his new Clique Hospitality that already has Hearthstone Kitchen & Cellar at Red Rock Resort and opens Salute Trattoria Italiana next month there.
Alessandro Munge from Studio Munge designs the space that features “dark wood, comfortable couches and posh finishing touches.”
Artisanal cocktails and house-made mixers are the calling cards here. Expect a little table-side mixology as well as classic drinks, a seasonal cocktail menu and fresh juices and garnishes.
Clique plans to serve food as well, with “bites and sharable plates, including high-end street tacos, an array of sliders and salads,” from chef Brian Massie.
