Blaze Fast Fire’d Pizza opens its second Las Vegas location on Thursday, Aug. 6, but that’s not when you want to go. Head there on Friday, Aug. 7, for free pies all day long. From 11 a.m. to 10 p.m., show that you like the restaurant on Facebook, Twitter or Instagram to get an entire free pie at the location in the Decatur 215 Shopping Center at 6211 N. Decatur Blvd. The location wants to beat the record of 2,015 free pies given out.
The new 3,100-square-foot location has room for 110 inside. It joins the first Vegas area location that opened in Henderson at Horizon Pointe Shopping Center at 10520 S. Eastern Ave. in May.
Diners can find custom-built pizzas, salads, blood orange lemonade and s’more pies. Each restaurant features an interactive open-kitchen format that allows guests to customize one of the menu’s signature pizzas or create their own all for about $8. Pizza are made in the open-flame oven in 180 seconds.
Each restaurant makes their own dough from scratch using a recipe developed by executive chef Bradford Kent that requires a 24-hour fermentation period. Blaze Pizza also offers gluten-free dough and vegan cheese. This location will also feature a selection of wine and craft beer.
