The District at Green Valley Ranch is about to get a new Italian restaurant. Bella Vita promises to bring “a healthy and historic approach to authentic yet modern preparations.”

The ristorante, bar and lounge takes over a slot originally planned to feature Luna Rossa Ristorante with food from chef Marco D'agati. The former London-based chef worked for London's Provençal bistro-inspired Aubaine chain.
The owners are tentatively planning an Aug. 20 debut. Find the restaurant between Jos A. Banks and Ben & Jerry's.
