Sam Marvin Expected To Take Over I Love Burgers

Big news for Sam Marvin, the chef behind Echo & Rig at Tivoli Village. A well-placed source says that Marvin will take over the two I Love Burgers restaurants at the Grand Canal Shoppes and Town Square and tweak the menus there. Rumors also have Marvin taking over the 3,000-square-foot Kenneth Cole store next door and turning it into his own restaurant, using the I Love Burgers kitchen. Echo & Rig will join the LEV Restaurant Group, which owns Jamba Juice, Lobster ME, Daily Kitchen, The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf and I Love Burgers.
