Take a look inside Westgate’s new Edge Steakhouse, what they’re calling a "modern twist on the traditional steakhouse." The restaurant takes over the former Burger Bistro and TJ’s Steakhouse spaces at the resort that is part timeshare.
Executive chef Nick Lees heads up the kitchen here. The Orem, Utah, native worked at Tuscany, Log Haven, Boulevard, The Aerie, Creekside, St. Bernard’s, The Yurt and the Tree Room in Utah. In 2012, he joined the Edge Steakhouse team in Park City, where he was promoted to executive chef in 2013.
