It didn't take long for Sin City Sushi to return to the value Asian dining scene. Shuttering earlier this year, the busy all-you-can-eat specialists will debut their new location "soon," inside the Scottsdale Plaza at the corner of Maryland Parkway and Pebble.
The 5,360-square-foot tenant space, #100, has been ungraded with an estimated $144,000 in construction costs. Created by chef Chung, who previously operated Saporo Sushi in Henderson, expect a familiar roster of sushi rolls, tempura appetizers, specials like tekka and unagi donburi and the return of their happy hour, in an environment described by chef Stephen Barr, as "local, friendly, fun and fast."
