Lazy Dog Restaurant & Bar is confirmed to be headed to Town Square, barely six months after debuting their first location at Downtown Summerlin. Already a hit with the brunch crowd who can bring their dogs to their pooch-friendly patio, the Town Square location will follow the California based chain's Rocky Mountain-inspired design model.
Set to be built on a vacant lot just off Las Vegas Blvd. and neighboring Bonefish Grill and Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse, the 9,560-square-foot restaurant will feature the company's signature, stone veneer, tower roof design. At a height of 38-feet it will become an easy to spot beacon for visitors.
Inside will host two dining rooms, one seating 60, another with room for 116 and a large bar with plentiful TV screens and room for another 74. Already planned, fireplaces and a huge chandelier built with "aspen logs." Out on the patio, expect fire pits and even more TVs.
To be built from scratch, the restaurant has yet to begin construction, but they already know once they open they will be serving from 11 a.m. to 1 a.m Monday to Saturday and 10 a.m. to midnight on Sundays.
