Caesars Entertainment have paired with five of their resort restaurants to offer some prix-fixe menus they hope will encourage guests to try somewhere, or something, new. The offers don't have an end date, but are described as a "limited time" events.

For $59 at BLT Steak inside Bally’s Las Vegas, a four course meal can include "grilled double cut smoked bacon, filet mignon and peanut butter chocolate mousse."

The three course menu at Martorano’s at Paris Las Vegas costs $50, with a variety of options to fill the courses, including "fried mozzarella stack and chicken cutlet parmigiana" and "a homemade canoli or homemade tiramisu." Plus, "a selected wine pairing is available for an additional $25."

On the 50th floor of the Rio All-Suite Hotel & Casino, VooDoo Steakhouse has created a 'Surf & Turf' menu for $85, featuring a "16 oz. bone in filet topped with king crab, asparagus and béarnaise sauce," plus sides like "truffle mac and cheese."

Two lunch only locations are also part of the deal. Payard Patisserie & Bistro at Caesars Palace offers an appetizer and a sandwich from the "standard menu" for $25, adding a dessert for $3. The prix-fixe menu is available Sunday through Thursday from 11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.

And Burger Brasserie at Paris Las Vegas offers guests a "customizable prix-fixe menu" for $19.95 that includes a choice from 10 different burgers, plus fries and a free beer chosen from their roster of 18 drafts. [EaterWire]
