If you are still thinking of seeing Placido Domingo at The Colosseum at Caesars Palace on Sept. 15 and wondering where to dine first, there's a dinner and a show deal that will save you some money.

The operatic virtuoso performs at 8 p.m, but if you order the package from AXS you will first be booked for a special menu at the Border Grill Forum Shops. Seating will be between 5 p.m. and 6 p.m and your evening show ticket will be place you in the rear orchestra.

Look forward to dining on a choice of one appetizer including either queso fundido, kale Caesar salad or the "Border Classics."  Entrée choices are either cumin grilled skirt steak or chicken poblano enchiladas or Yucatan pork or pescado Veracruzano  and for dessert you can indulge in either flan de coco, strawberry tres leches or a sorbet trio.

Price is $239.50 per person including a service charge and reflects a saving of "over $50" if bought separately.
