Executive Chef Vincent Pouessell will debut his first fall season at DB Brasserie surrounded by new incentives for tourists and locals to drop in and sample their menu.
Staring today, the restaurant sports new hours at the Venetian, with food and drink specials in the bar and lounge, including a $1, limited supply, oyster happy hour. And for those looking for a deal after a show, a late night happy hour is now in place.
For locals, a popular 30% off deal will continue through Dec. 30, 2015. The offer is not valid on the Happy Hour promotions.
Chef Pouessel moved to DB Brasserie from Aureole in July and is gradually integrating his touches into the Daniel Boulud designed menu.
Monday - Friday:
3 p.m. – 6 p.m. Happy Hour – food and drink specials in the bar and lounge
5 p.m. – 6 p.m. Oyster Happy Hour - $1 west coast oysters; while supplies last
5 p.m. – 11 p.m. Dinner
10 p.m. – close Late Night Happy Hour - food and drink specials in the bar and lounge

11:30 a.m. – 3 p.m. Weekend Bottomless Brunch featuring brasserie classics done casual
