Juyoung Kang, the new lead mixologist to succeed Max Solano at the Delmonico Steakhouse, launches her first specialty cocktail menu with a roster of 13 choices.
Available in the lounge and inside the restaurant for $16 each, the list includes versions of an Old Fashioned and a Grasshopper and features some creative names like 1876 Centennial Exposition, Meet Mr. Monk and Madame X.
Guests looking for an excuse to try more than one, can attend a cocktail tasting event on Monday, Sept. 21 from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. in the Venetian restaurant's bar and lounge. The drinks will be half price and offered alongside free "tray-passed appetizers." Blues musician Dick Earl Ericksen will be performing live music throughout the evening.
